The hotel has a convenient location close to the artificial beach and walking distance from the airport ferry service jetty. The rooms are average, with some drawbacks like a small window leading to a ventilation shaft and hard single beds pushed together. The service is a mixed bag with some staff being kind and friendly while others are not nice and unresponsive. The dining experience falls below expectations for the price paid, offering limited and subpar food options. Overall, the average facilities do not justify the close to 60 $/day rate for a 3 to 4-star quality.
I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. The rooms were so stinky with no service at all, and my room wasn't even ready until 4 pm, which was frustrating for a room that cost $91. However, the staff, particularly in offering transfers, were friendly and accommodating.
